This is a great guided journal for focussing and organising different areas of your life over a 12 week period. It really helps me as I struggle focussing on goals over a long period of time. I really like the daily and weekly reflections which you can use as much or as little as you want to stay on track. It also includes lovely drawings for colouring too! I would highly recommend this journal to anyone as I think everyone could benefit from it.
I love this diary. Many years ago I used to run workshops in personal effectiveness and many of the components here were included. At this time when life is doing through one of those momentous shifts this is just what I need.
I am finding having a Mynd map journal so fulfilling and comforting!
