You keep putting it off, that one thing you don't want to do.
Why are you avoiding it? Can't do it or won't do it? What's your reason?
Ask yourself these questions:
What if I don't do it? What then?
How will I feel when I do it? Great? Relieved? Happy?
Can someone help me?
Sometimes, when we're stressed about a situation, we easily get overwhelmed. At those times, it's okay to reach out and ask for help and people are usually willing to lend it. Just think about the consequences of not doing it. Will it have an impact in the coming days, weeks and months - years even?
Whatever you've been avoiding, check in with yourself why, and then take some action to put it right this week.
