Are you speeding and rushing all day long? Keep going and before you know it you're burned out.
Life has a way of gaining momentum very quickly and before you know it you're on fast speed.
Try doing things that will slow down your speed. Give yourself extra time to get ready in the morning to enjoy your breakfast or read a couple of pages from a book.
During the day take your cup of coffee/tea away from your desk and sit outside for a few minutes.
When things are going fast and full steam, slow your thoughts.
Mindfully practice going slow this week.
